Book Direct With Us
We offer many ways in which to book our beautiful holiday home. But to get the best rates, you need to book directly. This will save you a small fortune in booking fees and give you all the same security features you would expect from any of the big booking platforms.
All you have to do is select your check-in/out dates from below, complete the reservation request form with your details, and submit it. You will NOT be asked to pay anything at this stage.
If you prefer to book through the big platforms, we advertise on Airbnb and Vrbo. Click any of these links to be taken directly to our page on those platforms. But please note, you can expect to pay up to 25% in booking fees. Those fees are not passed on to us as owners!
Book Securely - We will never ask you to transfer us money by direct bank transfer. Once we confirm your booking, we will send you a deposit invoice which you can pay by debit or credit card, thus making it safe for you to pay. For your own safety and peace of mind, even if you do not book with us, never pay by direct bank transfer!

Payments - All payments are made safely by debit or credit card to give you maximum security when making payments online. Payments are made in £, but If you prefer to pay in €uros, this can be arranged.
Booking Deposit - A booking deposit of 50% is required when your booking is confirmed and the balance of payment is required 56 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is made within 56 days of the arrival date, full payment is required.
Damage Deposit - A damage deposit of £250 is required and is paid with your final balance payment. The damage deposit will be refunded at the end of the holiday in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Min Stay - Throughout the year we offer a minimum three-night stay during some months. During the peak months of June, July, and August, we offer a 7-night minimum stay. However, during peak periods, if we have gaps of three nights or more we may offer these as available dates.
Arrival & Departure - We don't don't have specific arrival and departure days keeping it flexible to ensure you get the dates you need. Check-in is from 16.00 and Check Out is on or before 11.00. If we have the flexibility, we can allow earlier arrival and later departure times, though we cannot confirm this until closer to the dates of the booking.
