PAYMENTS - CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS

PAYMENT

 

A deposit 50% of the total cost of the holiday home rental is required when your booking is confirmed (unless otherwise stated at the time of bookng). The total balance cost of the holiday home rental is due 56 days (8 weeks) prior to check in. For bookings made less than 56 days before arrival, full payment is required when the booking is confirmed.

 

For your security, we prefer to be paid by credit or debit card, which you pay on line directly to Stripe our payment card processor. We do accept bank transferes, but only in extreme circumstances.

SPECIAL NOTE

 

We strongly recommend that all booking members have adequate travel insurance that covers all eventualities for both prior to and during their holiday.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

 

If you are forced to cancel your holiday booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you must inform us of any cancellation immediately in writing by recorded delivery or by email. The following is our scale of cancellation fees applicable to all bookings, unless, your boking is made on a special promotion that offers specific cancellation conditions that are different to those shown below. 

 

Standard Cancellation Scale:

 

  • Bookings cancelled 56 days or more prior to the date of arrival will receive 100% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Bookings cancelled between 55 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will receive 0% refund.
