CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

 

If you are forced to cancel your holiday booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you must inform us of any cancellation immediately in writing by recorded delivery or by email. The following is our scale of cancellation fees apply to all bookings, unless, your booking is made on a special promotion that offers specific cancellation conditions that are different to those shown below. 

 

Standard Cancellation Scale:

 

• Bookings cancelled 56 days or more prior to the date of arrival will receive 100% refund of the total amount paid.

• Bookings cancelled between 55 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will receive 0% refund.
